In perfect balance

Three hats, one principle: Learning that works. Sustainably.

At edutrainment, we bring together three things that rarely appear together: relevance, methodology, and enthusiasm. Or, as we say: Education, Training, Entertainment

Education

Education

We don't just teach and train anything – we provide exactly what you really need. Practice-relevant content, tailored to your challenges. No bullshit bingo, just know-how with impact.

Training

Training

Learning with us does not happen in lecture mode. We rely on methods that activate, motivate, and get straight to the point – for real learning experiences and measurable results.

Entertainment

Entertainment

People learn better when they are having fun. That's why we ensure that learning with us gets under your skin: with storytelling, gamification, and formats that connect emotionally and stay in your memory – or as we say: positive emotionalization of learning content.

Our 🧡 beats for didactics

What makes edutrainment special

We develop learning formats that work – because they are didactically well-thought-out. Our concepts are based on current findings from learning and brain research and follow clear principles: relevance over mass, emotion over information, transfer over certificate.

Because we know: Learning only works when content, methods, and dramaturgy are precisely coordinated.

That is why we do not work with standard solutions, but with clearly defined, internally developed processes – for each of our six service areas. Whether leadership programs, interactive learning events, or eLearning – every format follows a sophisticated structure oriented toward the customer’s requirements and the target group’s learning objectives.

Our didactic principles are the connecting element: They ensure that learning motivates, activates, and remains in the memory long-term.

The Learning Design process, which we use, for example, for the development of large, customized learning projects, is just one example of many. For all other formats as well – from individual training to inspiring specialist training – we have a clear common thread that ensures impact.
