The following roadmap provides a step-by-step guide through the production process \u2013 ideal for project managers, specialist departments, and learning designers.   <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Analysis &amp; Design \u2013 The Foundation for Everything<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every great eLearning course begins with a change in perspective: Who is the actual learner? What prior knowledge does the target audience have? On which devices will they learn \u2013 desktop, tablet, or smartphone?  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once these questions are answered, the instructional core follows: What should learners <strong>know, be able to do, or act upon<\/strong> at the end? These learning objectives form the foundation for all further decisions. Subsequently, content is organized by theme, scheduled, and methodologically planned: Will learning be linear or via interactive menus? Content Creation &amp; Storyboarding \u2013 From Knowledge to the Learning Journey<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now it gets concrete: subject matter is prepared, simplified, and sorted together with experts \u2013 and &#8220;translated&#8221; in an instructionally sound way.
