In your professional daily routine, you have to make decisions every day\u2014whether you are a manager or not. Sometimes the right solution is clearly in front of you without requiring much thought. However, far-reaching decisions with consequences for customers and colleagues often take a long time. This is also because we tend to initially ignore our gut feeling or the obvious solution and immediately dive into analyzing target groups, markets, and stakeholders. The Design Thinking method embraces this fundamental idea by giving intuitive approaches to problems the same importance as analytical thinking.
