All you need is a GPT Plus subscription and a bit of imagination. Because good GPTs are born from <strong>clear roles<\/strong> \u2013 not from technology.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Here is an example of a small, powerful team:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>@ResearchGPT <\/strong><br\/>Task: Provide studies &amp; expertise <br\/>GPT description (in the builder): \u201cYou think like a scientist.\u201d<br\/><br\/><strong>@StructureGPT <\/strong><br\/>Task: Sort &amp; organize content <br\/>GPT description (in the builder): \u201cYou are a fan of logic with an eye for the essentials.\u201d<br\/><br\/><strong>@MarketingGPT<\/strong> <br\/>Task: Write texts, crisp &amp; clear <br\/>GPT description (in the builder): \u201cYou are a copywriter with a feel for target groups.\u201d<br\/><br\/><strong>@DesignGPT <\/strong><br\/>Task: Generate images with DALL\u00b7E <br\/>GPT description (in the builder): \u201cYou think in visuals and make things look good.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best practices from our projects<\/h2>\n\n<p>We now use GPT teams regularly:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to prepare training materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to develop personas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when writing learning content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to visualize learning paths<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and yes: also for brainstorming when things get stuck<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>What has proven effective: <strong>Clearly state what each GPT role is allowed to do \u2013 and what it isn&#8217;t.<\/strong><br\/>E.g., \u201cKeep it brief,\u201d \u201cUse the technical terms from the PDF,\u201d or \u201cUse a direct tone, but don&#8217;t be too casual.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>The GPTs then <strong>don&#8217;t work against each other<\/strong>, but <strong>like a good interdisciplinary team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">But beware, the team leadership remains with you<\/h2>\n\n<p>As brilliant as it all is \u2013 a small warning: GPTs do what you tell them. <strong>No more \u2013 and no less.<\/strong> You are and remain the strategic authority. So: No blind autopilot. Instead, smart division of labor.
